  I am a disabled person and was injured by a man, destroying my thenar in my hand which disabled my right arm and I had an awesome truck I had to trade down from because it was so painful to get into. My truck was 2014 Ran 1500 with low miles and was like new and I had to give it up because of my injury. So I traded down to a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Hemi. I was promised the Jeep worked. The Jeep has been a shop multiple times and now is completely broke down with just one year. They lied to me and took advantage of a disabled person. Sundance Chevy Dealership and Integrity are complete opposites.

  Filled out on line application for a used truck was told my credit score was too low so I filled out a new on line application using my wife information she had a credit of 825 which was way higher then mine told car salesman needed to keep monthly payment around $450 he came to us 3times with monthly payment amounts I thought they started with a 5 year contract then 6 and then 7 years was never told % rate or length of contract then they had me sign on as co-signer I think it was because of her age well ended up getting a seven year old truck nothing was explained to us was just shown where to sign we were there for seven hours this was in may of last year I just tried to skip a payment was told contract was maxed out at ten years would never had signed if we new it was for that length of time

  The worst experience I've ever had... the service department is a joke!! My car has had about $10k worth of warranty work on a car I bought from them 3 months ago. The technicians damaged my skirting on both sides. They made me pay a 100$ deductible on a 2nd repair that they wrongly diagnosed and "fixed" and It was so hard to get any information on my vehicle as I was repeatedly told "we will leave a message for the service advisor to call you back" only to never receive a call and me having to blow up their line the next day until I was connected with one. To top it all off when I arrived to pick up my vehicle i was brought the wrong one! If I could go back in time I would've never purchased this vehicle from them but you live and you learn.

  Had them look at my vehicle for a trade-in. Lied about how much I would owe to get into another vehicle (upwards of 7k additional for no reason) and made me wait for over an hour, just to be disrespected by them saying "maybe if you get a second job, and return in 6 months to a year". I've never had a good experience at Sundance and will never be returning. Bunch of liars and cheats that just want to steal your money. Would give 0/10 if I could. They've misquoted, lied, and made it so difficult to even have a conversation about a vehicle. All they're good for is wasting your time. Go to any other dealership. Literally given me PTSD for having to deal with car salespeople. Don't waster your time like I did.

  They added more charges than the vehicle is worth. On top of lying about the sales price and things done to the vehicle. I don't give them a star!!!

  We were interested in test driving some vehicles they had listed, but we are from another state so we were doing research in advance. The vehicles were listed online at their website as well as Autotrader at a slightly cheaper price than suggested retail value for an excellent condition car. No indication in the desciptions in either location of issues with the car. We called prior to leaving and talked to a sales agent who didn't mention any issues to us. Once we got in town and talked to another sales agent we found out that both vehicles were not in good (or even fair) condition. One had a broken transmission and the other one had a rotted out frame and was being sold as scrap only - yet these vehicles are still listed on their site for sale at retail prices even days later with no indication that anything is wrong with the vehicles. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for any reason. As a comparison for pricing, we found a newer vehicle from a private seller of the same make/model in excellent condition elsewhere for about 2/3 of the price these junk vehicles were listed for. We looked at other dealerships and similar age/make/model "Excellent" vehicles were available for similar or slightly higher prices (Within a few thousand $) than the price these junk ones were advertised for.There is no excuse for this kind of bait-and-switch approach with dishonest descriptions of the vehicles listed for sale.

  Bought a car on 5/31/23, put an extented 24 mth warranty and drove it 3wks trans. went out and now they still have the car, today is 12/1/23, I'm not getting any answers from anyone there, I am on my 2nd loander, I have been making car payments to the Credit Union going on 6 mths and still no car to show for them!!

  Bad experience we went there because of the cheaper cars on their website only to find out they dont keep them but still advertise them on their website. Drove almost 2 hours to just be disappointed ?? False advertising for sure!!!
