Ive been a customer of *************** pools llc for approximately 5 years Twice a year they charge me $60 for pool shock and algaecide. they claim to treat my pool with. I watched them the entire time the past 3 times on my home security cameras & am certain these have never once been added to my pool I called the owner and he admitted they didnt put any pool chemicals and instead of being empathetic, he laughed about it and told me not to be a tough on the phone and insinuated that physical violence in person maybe a better solution.. I am devastated that my family trusted this scam artist at my home and I dont want anyone else getting ripped off If they do this to 100 people a year thats $12,000 they are stealing from innocent people who trusted them as well. Over 10 years that adds up to *******, $360,000 over 30 years. I can provide all my invoices I promptly paid for how much shock and algaecide they charged me and you should be able to track if they have actually purchased as much as they they claimed to put into customers pools over the 35 years they have been open I am certain u will find a discrepancy I have watched them the entire time for the last 3 times on camera and contacted *** the owner, who cockily admitted to me that they didnt add anything. Then why are they charging me twice a year then? I really hope you can look into this and resolve it. Ive cancelled services and let him know hes not welcome on my property & would like to warn others to check their levels, watch them actually add chemicals or to check there cameras like I did.. they all deserve refunds & so do I. I dont care about my money it would be nice I just want them stopped so they dont rip off grandparents. I believe their business should be investigated because I know they have been stealing from innocent people and its not fair or people who cant afford to pay extra.. I am devastated over this.
