- To book your move we require you to pay for just one hour and if you decide to cancel you have 72 hours prior to your move to get the money refunded. You are going to forfeit that money if you cancel the day of or day before. If it's on tysmovingLLC and we did not show or had an emergency of sorts then your money is automatically refunded. After the service is complete is when you pay for your move, if they're concerns or issues that arise after we leave then we expect some contact and a plan on how we can make things right.
