DO NOT rent or buy from this place, they are absolutely terrible! We have rented from this place for 5 years and have never gotten decent help from the office staff, besides maybe one staff member. They have gone through numerous "managers". We inquired about breaking our lease contract, knowing we would have to pay the remainder of the lease, and the two female "managers" refused to help us, were totally rude and inappropriate, and advised the only thing we could do was call corporate. After showing them the same respect they showed me, they had the audacity to threaten to call the police to have me removed from the office....all because I demanded information they're REQUIRED to give me. How pathetic and ridiculous the whole interaction was is laughable. After finally getting a hold of the district manager she advised they gave us totally wrong information and got us moving in the right direction. This is only one example of a recent issues, there have been many others and we are not the only ones. I will repeat myself again, DO NOT rent or buy from here!

A class action lawsuit began 10/2023 INCLUDING RHP, why lot rent has doubled/tripled for residents nationwide, why home owners unable to sell their homes, why the park communities have/are becoming "militant". Research and be informed of this lawsuit!

*********************** in the front office at the *** location is very rude, lacks empathy and sympathy for any of the residents. She is very unprofessional and always tries to raise conflict with anyone who comes into contact with her.

Worst company to deal with. Taking advantage of senior citizens on a fixed income. Renting units with mold and bug infestation. Stay away! Then they try to blame you for the problem. ***** and thiefs.

************* in ******** has the most unprofessional office staff I know of. We pay a lot of money to live here and get treated like garbage. Its too bad this company just wants to get rich off its residents with nothing in return.

Rhp does NOT CARE about their tenants. We are without electricity for 38 hours. They pass the buck onto someone else and never tried to resolve the problem. No one was sent to look into it. They are blaming PSEG and PSEG TOLD THEM it was an internal problem and still nothing.Add in the constant overflowing of the cesspool in my yard, which never gets fixed.Potholes in the streets.Trees that need to be trimmed.ILLEGAL overcrowding of mobile homes.Live elsewhere.!3% increase of HOA yearly. Our HOA is close to $1200 with over 200 units, they bring in enough money to fix issues and choose not to.Property Manager NEVER on site.No maintenance.

These people are predators. They raise lot rent and do no improvements to the parks. They harass people with *** documentation for pets. Deny new applicants residency with *** documentation. They state there is a size and breed limit verbally and tell you thats why someone is denied. The lease clearly states 2 dogs allowed with proof of vaccination and registration which is certainly reasonable. But they refuse *** documents.

I have owned my home here for 5 years now and all I can say is stay away. At first it was little things. Demanding I paint my shed because it ********** grain wasn't acceptable. Stray cats are everywhere, getting under houses and ruining the underside but we're told we can't trap them for removal. Potholes big enough to ruin cars but only repaired with cold patch (just to come back worse). But wait, it gets better!Last summer we had a new neighbor move in across the street. The family has a Great **** that they refuse to leash. Keep in mind I live in ******** and there are leash requirements (by law). I called the office to complain multiple times only to be dismissed with "I guess I'll write them up again". After having the dog charge my family in our own yard the park manager told me there's nothing he'll do. It's impossible to contact anyone past the park manager so if they're lazy nothing will be resolved. They only view their rentals as a "stepping stone in home ownership" (per the manager).Choose anywhere but here to live
