      Monday Jan 29 i called maintenance phone at 8 something am and let him know my hot water went out Sunday night and i have no hot water. He goes to tell me that its not an emergency i need to call the office and file a work order. I call the office at 9ish to let them know. It took him 2 1/2 hours to come for him to fix it and to let me know that he have to call someone out. That took them another 4 hours to come out didnt have hot water til about 4:50pm Monday evening. Tuesday Jan 30 comes morning i get up about 6:30a i have no hot water once again. I then call again she says she gone have maintenance come out. Maintenance calls at 9:48a saying he will come didnt show up til 3:50pm i missed my appointment cause i couldnt shower. I called the office at noon to check and see how long he would be said he was fixing a dishwasher. ****** Mr off like a dishwater is more important than me having hot water. And i have a child in the home its too cold to not have hot water. Office then calls at 4:11pm saying maintenance couldnt fix it so they have to call someone out again but they cant come til tomorrow which is now Wednesday Jan 31 Im still with no hot water. Its 9:03a but i bet they expect me to have the rent tomorrow feb 1st. I even asked for them to put me and my son into a hotel til they cant get it fixed and she said nothing. I only have screenshots of the calls that i have made because its no email for them.

      This review is more of an indictment toward the managing company, Michigan Asset Group, the property manager who neglected my emails and the agent, Dawn, who did not show up on time but what's worse, after 13 phone calls, she returned no calls. Awful. I've added pictures for proof. I was promised to meet by 12pm. I drove for hours to get to the site. After exchanging emails to set up an appointment and other factors, the manager absolutely went radio silent. The agent who was supposed to meet up was a no-show. I waited for a day, at least for an apology for wasting my day off for a simple apology. At least decent people would apologize. Also, regarding the company. I screenshot a few websites but every website has a DIFFFERENT PHONE NUMBER. What type of management is this? Just from top-down, down-top. (Just do a quick search of Windsong Townhomes and see the colorful phone numbers that are all different) Also, I visited the townhomes Who is managing the property? Such a nicely built townhomes just looks mismanaged for a person who first visited. Please do not just look at Zillow or pictures online.
