            My name is *************************** and I have been deceived by this non BBB accredited multi million dollar business. I stopped going to this fitness over a year ago when I went away to college to start my winter semsester in 2022 and I makes multiple phone calls to crunch ********, Crunch headquarters, and customer service I explained I moved out of town and there was no crunch near me in **********. They continue to tell me that you need to be in person to cancel a membership which made no sense to me after many phonecalls between me and crunch and me and my bank were getting out of hand and affecting my schoolwork. Crunch fitness continues to charge my card as I havent used there services in close to 2 years as their records will show. Today I woke up to an account in collections because of crunch fitness, no one wants your cheap services you guys deceived me for 2 years. I need this off my credit report and off my name you guys would not let me cancel my membership over the phone as I told you I moved out of state.
