    Team One has stolen $100,000 from me and as soon as they took my money, thats when the service stopped. I did not even make it home from the dealership and my truck left me stranded and has lost cylinder 8. This should not happen on the ride home from purchasing. I let them know this is unacceptable and I would like to get my money back as they sold me a lemon. The ** at the store offered me NOTHING other than a number to call for roadside towing!I was barely able to get it off the highway and almost was hit by a truck due to this failure. It has engine failure on cylinder 8 so limited power, mis-firing, service esc warning, service traction control warning, collision assistance light came on as well. The whole truck shakes like you are on a rumble strip, transmission is clunking like it doesnt know what gear to select. Moving forward, this was 2 hours after purchasing. The GENERAL MANAGER called, TALKED DOWN TO ME ESSENTIALLY THE WHOLE TIME, said tough luck, call gm's 800 number and left it at that. He did not even get me a number to call, he had some other sales person contact me after. Would not take a call when my father called back to ask some questions. The 800 number didnt even help me, its a number that tells you to setup your **C app.Now Im stuck with no vehicle, out $100,000 and a dealership that doesn't back their customers and the product they sell. Think about that before shopping at this stealership. I hope this reaches even one person to sway to another dealership so this doesnt happen to someone else. Now Im forced to hire an attorney to start the process to recover my money. So unless you want to pay out of your pocket for an attorney, shop elsewhere. If you do visit these people, make sure you have the money for a retainer
