      "Consumers uses them for post work landscaping, but they don't follow protocol and dig into the ground without getting lines marked first. They cut our internet line in several places by taking shortcuts and digging without getting lines marked, and in doing so they should be dropped by Consumers for failing to do due diligence before starting any work."
