              I scheduled a tile and grout cleaning with Stanley Steemer of Kalamazoo located at 6598 Financial Parkway, Kalamazoo MI 49009. I paid up front for the service and left my home with techs were working (due to COVID concerns). While I was gone, one of the techs called me and told me they themselves were dissatisfied with the results of their cleaning efforts, and wanted to warn me I would likely agree, the grout was still dirty and discolored. I was told a manager would reach out. I sent a message asking for a resolution to my dissatisfaction, and a manager did contact me. He assured me that a more skilled team could clean the floors better, and rescheduled another cleaning for July 16th. When that set of techs arrived, they looked at the grout and spot tested an area and admitted "we cannot do any better". I was told a color seal would remedy the issue, by the manager, but he didn't mention they'd want $1000 to do so. The techs left without performing work. No follow-up since.

              I was amazed at how clean my carpet got. Smells fresh I only wish I had hired them sooner. Never going to shampoo my own carpet again. Only using Stanley Steamer
