      I purchased a Reverie base and a week later the fabric ripped. After two months of giving me the run around (complaining that the receipt I had was inadequate), they said that it was not a manufacturing defect so the company wouldn't cover it. Meanwhile, the lifting mechanism for the head broke and does not work. I have called and emailed multiple times over the past month and am unable to get anyone on the phone. I got one call back...at 6:30 in the morning. This company's customer service is terrible and their product has proven unreliable.

      As what many of the below have stated, Reverie **************** is Terrible. Their beds have proven to be okay, for the few years weve had them, but their REMOTES are a terrible design. When, and if you can reach a **************** person, they are completely in denial about their problems with their remotes. In my current case, I have the original remotes, with the origin factory batteries, and purchased Duracell, and then Energizer batteries to replace the factory originals, which still function. The two Name Brand batteries did not work. I called and left a detailed message about problem, no call-back after a week. I used the web based customer service form to request guidance, and got a call back a week later while unable to answer the phone, and instructed to call a number, another series of automated messages. ONE WEEK LATER, NO RESPONSE! I attempted calling more than 5 times, got the same recording to leave a name and theyd call back in a COUPLE business days. I responded to the auto message with something other than requesting CS, got through to a defensive 66yr old lady repeating i need a new remote(@ $90), or name brand batteries, wipe terminals with alcohol, buy 4-pack batteries only, repeated over and over. How many 4-packs of batteries doe Reverie want their customers to buy before a battery works? I it the battery, or a terrible designed remote?

      **************** non existent! I do not trust this company. They do not stand behind their product. Bought Reverie Feb 29, 2020. Corded remote stopped working and I bought a blue tooth remote. I had an electrician come out to sync and tried several times but it didnt work. Now only one side will work with remote as the other side will continuously go up and down on its own - even unplugged. Tried reaching out to customer service and repeatedly get message to call back during business hours - M-F between 9-6pm EST which I was calling on Fri at 3:00pm. (And other times within business hours) Stores that sell Reverie get defensive and almost angry saying they only sell the bed, which makes me believe Im not the only one calling with complaints.

      Terrible company base quit working after 2years they don't stand behind there products
