      I placed an order with Reverie on April 12, 2024, for two items: a Resistance Bands Set (7 pieces) for $23.90 and a pair of Strength Training Dumbbells (15 lbs-80 lbs) for $37.90, with order number #****. After completing my purchase, I received an email confirming my order status. However, when I tried to respond to this email, I received an automated message stating that the address "could not be found."Upon further investigation, I discovered that this business appears to be fraudulent. Numerous reviews and online discussions reveal similar experiences, where customers pay for products but never receive them. Unfortunately, this was also the case with my order, as I never received the items or any genuine communication from the company.I would strongly caution others against making purchases from Reverie. Their practices are deceptive, and they do not deliver the goods they advertise. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I hope this review helps prevent others from falling victim to their scam.

      ******** customer service and warranty. Bed squeaks when going up and down after two years, they claim its normal wear and tear and wont warranty it. Do not buy from this company. Uselsss!

      If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I purchased parts to fix my base on 8/15/24. When their representative came out, he could not fix the base because the cords which should have been included were not. I had only ordered 1 new remote. I inquired whether or not my side of the bed would work with the original remote provided. It is September 30th and I still have not received the cords.This is the worst customer service I have ever had.,

      If I could give this company a zero, I would. Nothing but problems since we purchased the adjustable base for our bed. I dont know why any store would want to do business with them. They have the worst customer service. If you call, you have to leave a voicemail, or they disconnect you and you cant talk to a person. If you email, they dont respond. So Im left with a broken bed because I cant even waste my time anymore trying to get in touch with them. Do not buy their products, you will be disappointed.

      My mom has had her bed for less than a year. The remote stopped working, I tried to pair it again. The light under the bed is not on. So the remote is not pairing. I have called the company 2 times, emailed company 2 times and called the store she bought it at. It was have been a week and NOBODY has called back. She is 84 years old and paid $3000. All we want to for someone to service her bed. This company doesnt deserve no star, but will not let me post with giving one

      Reverie does not stand by its 20 yr warranty. Legs broke broke off of metal frame in less than 5 yrs. with normal sleeping in bed. They will not replace the frame. Offered me a 30% discount on a new frame.

      I've had my reverie frame for 4 years now, paid nearly $4k for it. Within a few months of purchase, one of the controllers quit working. I was able to get it replaced, not via reverie, but from the mattress company where I bought the bed. A few months later, the other controller goes out. Again, nothing from reverie but the mattress manufacturer helped me again. Fast forward and I now have a bad controller again. I've called dozens of times *** have yet to speak with anyone or get a return call. This company has zero respect for their costumers. I would never do business with them again.

      They do not answer the phone. I need to check on this warranty and Tempur-pedic said they were the original manufacturers, so I had to go through them. On hold for ever... hung up on me.

      Could I give them zero stars???? They are A JOKE! The controller broke after only one year and they are selling a vaporware warranty. Can't get a hold of anyone. I would not buy this product again, except for when I buy the replacement and send them back the new one and tell them to pound salt.

      This company does not have functional sites or ways to talk to anyone . The only way I got any contact was to email them that I would report them to **** However their response was that it would be several days before they would be able to contact me. They do not stand by their products at all.
