    We are seeking the return of our Security Deposit. I was a co-signer on a lease, my daughter ***************************** was the tenant at ************ Apartments in ************. Annalises leasing contract was until July 2021. After paying her rent for **** she moved out in early May & turned in her keys. *************************, the property manager contacted Annalise shortly thereafter and wanted to lease out her room to an interested tenant. The room he had originally wanted to rent this tenant had been trashed and Annalises was perfect and available. Annalise was told she didnt have to pay the next two months of rent, there would be no fees associated with this tenants lease and she would receive all of her security deposit back as she was doing him a huge favor. After several weeks past she started contacting ******* mostly by phone but we do have some emails inquiring about her deposit. Annalise never signed anything, a Subleasing Agreement nor have we received a Final Account Statement regarding the Security Deposit within the allowed 30 days. I sent an email to ************************* and ***********************, Regional Manager at ROCO on 10/13/21. ****** responded; Hi *****! I have reached out to my accountant to make sure this issue is resolved. I am not sure why the deposit was charged as a sublease. When I receive confirmation that this has been corrected and a check is cut I will be sure to reach out to you directly. May I have the forwarding address for this check? Best, ******. Weve had numerous email correspondences since but to sum it up now *********************** is telling me that we will not be receiving the Security Deposit as it was charged as an early termination fee. Im not sure what kind of scam hes trying to pull especially since I have in writing my deposit was to be returned? Ive sent an message to ROCO customer service and have not received a response.

    This company owns *************** in ********** ********. They need to handle the staff better. I was schedule for a Tour for an apartment, no one showed up. I was asked to fill out a application if I was interested, which I did paid ***** and nothing. No call, no response from emails, voice mails. Sad that you can't even trust a licensed business to serve people this way.
