On January 4th I had my vehicle towed to M&W for possible hydrolock motor, AAA referred them. I was told by the *************** later that same day, that I was in luck the motor wasnt hydrolocked, it was turning over and that a cleaning on the intake and oil and change of spark plugs and gaskets would fix the problem. The total would be ******, I said thats a lot . *** said this is better than having the engine locked , he said it would take about 5 hrs and they would have it done by the next day. I came the next day with 900 dollars , they said it should be dont before end of day . I called back later the day , they said the next day. Friday came called back, they said end of day. Called Saturday no answer, came in Monday the same ******* says I need a new engine motor was locked . The car didnt even looked moved , I exclaimed to him he told me intially the motor wasnt locked and if I paid the 957 that would fix the problem. ******* back and forward with him I asked to speak to a manager, who was rude and danced around the fact that they lied to me and just took the money
