    Bought 2 rocking chairs last year for a baby gift, they finally arrived 3 months later! Bought 2 nice floor lamps this year, one came with on/off switch broken. Sent email asking for a replacement and got a reply that they received my email, then nothingI guess I should be happy I got one working lamp?? Their phone line is ALWAYS busy?? This is THE worst company I have ever done business with!!!!!

    Checking on the status of my order, it find out all the phone numbers are no longer working. You charged my CC, and no product rec'd. Would appreciation a refund to my CC.

    Placed an order back in June 2022. Received one item in July and was charged for entire order.I tried calling the company but all the numbers had been disconnected. Order no. S072269. What is going on with this company and will I get my money refunded?

    I tried to contact them but all phone numbers on the catalog were NOT in service. I wanted to be taken off of their mailing list but couldn't. I would never ordes from them even if I had a number to call.

    I ordered a bed in June, they charged $999.96 and said it was ready to ship, it would take a few weeks to arrive, It's September and I have not received and no number works. They are still sending catalogs out. I guess to scam their older customers. How do I reach them and get my product or money back? My order is S069765, email says order filled because released to vendor? Can anyone help me find out how to get refunded.*****************

    I appreciate the status you provided and will call to see if the manufacturer can follow through on that commitment, but if you look at the number of people that have ordered and not received product on the web comments you will see that while they have shut down they have continued to send catalogs out people ordering haven't received items. On going to the bank about the charge they feel the company is stretching out the delivery so that the period the card companies can retrieve your payment will expire. I've kept all the documentation and they have exceeded their delivery date and the charge was actually higher than when ordered.

    The company told me I had a refund of $50.94 coming several weeks ago. So far, I have not received the merchandise or a refund. Tried calling several phone numbers and they are all out of service. Horrible company!
