      I am writing to dispute an unauthorized hard inquiry on my report. The two inquiries by TD RETAIL CARD SERVICES on 07/12/2024 and 06/21/2024 were not authorized by me. I do not recognize these two authorizations. Please remove these two items from my credit report. Thank you for your assistance.

      I have auto loan with TD Auto Finance, however I cannot get my car registered since Oct 2024. First they send me the copy of my car's title, however California DMV don't take copy of the title, only original title works. I told this to TD auto finance, and get reply said they need DMV send them a request of original title. *** never send bank this kind of request. A very nice supervior from DMV print "original tile is required to finish registration " on a paper with DMV logo and give to me. I mail to TD auto Finance office at ********************(Called TD auto Finance to confirmed address). It is delivered on March 6. After that I called TD auto finance several times, they either said they are working on it or told me I mail to worng office, they need time find it. It has been half year since I brought the car.All I need TD Auto Finance to mail my car's original title to finish registration to DMV(not me) in below address.********* DMV: *********************************************

      I was 1 day late for 1 payment and this company double billed me for months and admitted it was a glitch in their system that affected alot of people. Every month I had to call to get a late fee credit because the bill wasnt actually late but it took months to fix their system issue. They ended up reporting to the credit bureau that I was 30 or more days late which never happened, it was a result of their system glitch so they told me to fill out a dispute form which I did with proof of my payment history of on time payments every month and they DENIED fixing my credit report! Its absolutely insane how much theyve put me through for their issues that are now impacting me and my on time payment history on my credit report!! My payment is due on the 18th of every month and Ive attached my payment history proving I have never paid the bill more than 1 day late for the whole history of my account with them. They had many customers affected by the double billing issue always making it look like the payment was late but wasnt

      Ultimately, I wanted the negative remark removed off my credit because of the system issue on their end and they accepted responsibility for it so I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint #********.       I purchased a refrigerator from ********************* in *******, ** in December 2024 with a 12-month no interest credit plan, which was provided through *** credit services, which appears to be managed by ************************* (whose statements list an address in ***************************************************). I was diligently paying my monthly installments and was on target to pay off the entire amount by December 2024 (which was the 12-month no interest credit plan due date), when my November 2024 payment was erroneously accounted for (I sent a payment of $250 but they credited $950) and subsequently triggered a series of errors which we haven't been able to resolve with the company. Subsequent statements from TD ******************** showed a 0 balance and no interest (Dec 2024, Jan 2025, and February 2025) and then all of a sudden the March 2025 statement shows that we owe $700 and we are assessed back interest. We tried to contact the company by phone numerous times which is impossible because you cannot reach a human being. As a last resort we send them a letter on March 24, 2025 and we demand that they fix their error and that we are not charged interest, since the error in accounting originated on their end. We addressed this issue with you (see complaint #********), but I wish to upload an updated letter -the letter I ended up sending to TD ******************** on March 24, 2025. The letter I had uploaded earlier (in March) on your website was not complete and didn't include all the details with regards to statements and attempts to reach TD ***************** So, please accept this as a continuation to complaint #********.

      I have an account with TD ********************* They have not been sending me any account statements. I was charges $2700 for a promotional period that was supposed to be extended. I contacted **************** this evening and explained that they have not been sending me any statements. I also asked for the finance charges to be reversed because of extenuating circumstances. - I had been taking my father for blood transfusions for a terminal disease. He passed away on 7/15/2024. - I had not received any monthly statements and was purposely left in the dark regarding the end of the promotional period.- The installation of the appliance that was purchased with this credit card was the wrong type and installation was delayed.- My wife is currently out of work and I am currently the sole income provider.I spoke with a representative named Pearl (ID# L93) who refused to reverse any charges. I paid the full balance remaining on my credit card minus any interest charges that were assessed. I am requesting that TD ******************** reverse the interest charges on my account.

      I contacted TD Bank in September of ********************************************************************************************** a list of documents that I needed to provide. I had an estate attorney pull together all of the documents, which included an original copy of the deed. This cost me $3,206. I mailed everything on 11/20/24 and the tracking number, which I provided, shows it was received on 11/23/24. Since this time, I have contacted them more than a dozen times to get a status update. First, they said they received everything, but sent to a different department within the bank at a different location. They eventually found all of the information, but required a couple additional pieces of information and a check for $150. I sent all of this more than 6 weeks ago and was able to confirm they received. Since this time, I have made many more calls to both customer service and my mortgage broker. I spoke with 3 different supervisors, when I asked to have the situation escalated. None of them called me back when they said they would and all three of them stopped responding. I spent a lot of money pulling together everything they required, and I cannot get any traction with them whatsoever. The customer service is deplorable.

      I did a balance transfer with TD Bank into a ******* ***** account. ************************* doesn't accept balance transfer. Now TD Bank can't find my balance transfer from Nov 2024.I have filed investigation with both banks and seems the funds are no where to be found. I'm not getting results from TD Bank.

      2/21/2025: I sent a wire transfer of $24,900 to TD Bank acct# ************ rt# *********** to purchase a classic car found on the internet. 3/7/2025-3/14/2025: TD Bank was contacted by my bank's ******* security team, informing TD Bank of wire fraud as the car had not been delivered on 3/7/2025 (as stated on car sales invoice).3/14/2025: I was notified by ****** A. at my local Chase ******* that TD Bank refused to reimburse my $24,900 as the acct listed above had been closed.3/19/2025: I submitted a complaint to **** for the above monies to be returned to me by TD BANK. I am not sure if, due to current government affairs, **** will have the manpower to help me recoup my money.

      TD Bank has been given the details of this wire fraud numerous times.  TD Bank was contacted by my bank ******** from 3/7/25 thru 3/14/25, to resolve this issue by refunding the monies stolen; only to deny the claim.  ******* submitted a claim for TD Bank to start an investigation (4/1/25), yet I have heard nothing.  I have little faith TD Bank is acting towards my best interests, based on previous interactions.

      I am rejecting this response until I see the monies, that I was defrauded of, refunded and returned to my bank account.   Chase (my bank) tried 3 times to contact TD Bank, from March 7th-14th 2025, to get my money refunded.  ***** was rebuffed by TD Bank, the claim was denied by TD Bank and this is why I have had to bring the BBB & CFPB into this matter. 

      I appreciate your company now sees how serious this matter is, but your track record is not consistent on this issue and I am afraid if I accept this matter through the BBB, TD Bank will deny the claim again.
