    I have contacted your company almost a dozen times in the last 2 weeks to get some service for my defective "Sunter LED Vanity Mirror (3 light temperatures, rechargeable USB-C). The only time the person responded was to ask for the model number on the bottom of the mirror, to which I responded with a photo that there is no such thing. Since that time, I have not received a single response.I hope you can understand how unprofessional and frustrating that is. It is absolutely ridiculous to ignore a customer who bought your product and who is simply looking for some help.

    There was a recall on the ****** LED rechargeable mirror batteries as there were reported fires due to the faulty batteries. ****************
    I have 4 of these mirrors. I chose to keep the mirrors and request the replacement batteries to try to keep the mirrors from going into the landfill. I’ve sent emails, filled out the forms and made numerous phone calls. (I have attached a screen shot showing the numerous emails). This has been since March, 2023. The replacements were to be sent out in 4-6 weeks. It has been 8 months and I’m still getting the run around.
