I booked a gold party package on Saturday February 4th, 2023 for my 10 year old grandchilds birthday party. Checked in and the kids jumped for the first hour until our party room was ready. In the process of that hour we ordered snacks, and several of our guests ordered snacks, and drinks. The customer service for the food counter was rude employees, we inquired about our food after 40 minutes passed and they had forgot about our order. The staff was again rude and unpologetic. We asked for a refund because our party was starting soon and there would be food and drinks, the manager eventually refunded the money however it was a struggle to get the refund. Other guests received there food at party time. The food was way over priced, and the service was worse. The party started and the host only served pizza, and I had to ask for water in a pitcher and refills on the soda. The pizza was cold and awful, the host never did any activities or games with our party. However the one next door was playing games. It was a horrible first time expensive experience. There was no parking we had to park a block over at another business with my 87 year old mother. I felt as if we were discriminated against because of being white, and we were treated awful. For a $352.00 party, we were hoping for a better experience, however I will never go back to that location. Unorganized, rude, and not helpful when having a party there, I would like a refund for the disaster of a day.
