    I visited ******* on 1/1/2025 since this is my neighborhood restaurant and I purchased spring egg rolls that were wrong I received shrimp spring rolls I told the older lady at the front that the order was incorrect and she was very very rude and nasty and displayed horrible customer service and not tact or diplomacy in front of the others waiting in the room as she talked very unprofessional to me about my incorrect order yet I stood there and witnessed her talking so nicely to a gentlemen of another race and she greeted him with nothing but kindness. I literally witness her racist and totally disrespect behavior as I am always extremely, nice and courteous to her as I am as a professional within my own job so I exude the same characteristics in other places that I visit or patronize, however, she apparently is not receptive to this. Others waiting for their orders witnessed this as I fully describe below and they blurted out to me please Do Not Let her speak to you that was she is very nasty and that was uncalled for. I told her my dad owned a business and it's no way that he would have ever talked to a customer like this but she still proceeded to ignore this and still made negative, nasty comments. I also noticed that not one of the other employees told her not to do that well at least not in front of me. I am hoping that this is notated within the BBB office and I am requesting an apology for myself and for her to understand that she should better represent that restaurant and hopefully never treat anyone else like this.
