      They damaged my roof when they installed siding by drilling holes to hold the scaffolding and didn't repair it, causing severe leaking. They are well aware of the issue and even admitted to causing the damage but here I sit , a month later, with the damage they left. I wouldn't trust ******* or **** if their tongues came notorized. Hire them at your own risk. They also ran over my mailbox and promised to fix it, never to return. Happy to share photos.

      I wish to express my gratitute and satisfaction with the work United Developers did on replacing the roofing on my house. The Managing Parteners ********************* and **** have done a fantastic job on my house which now looks brand new. They have been proactive, responsive, highly professional in dealing with the insurance company and me as their customer and managed to complete the job to the best of their ability and expertise within a short time.       We have had many different contractors in renovating our home. United Developers have been by far the best. They worked very hard with our insurance company and replaced both roof and siding. They were always on time, performed quality work and most importantly always responded quickly to our needs and questions.

      From a chance meeting outside of our house a few short months ago to a four-part major home project we’d never even entertained the thought of having done, especially by a company we’d never heard of, we are now the proud owners of a 40-year-old single-family home that looks brand new inside and out and we couldn’t be happier.
      Anthony S**** of United Developers Co. noticed hail damage on our property one day, and when I ran into him as I was leaving the house, he explained the process of dealing with our insurance company. Within two weeks, our contract with payment terms was prepared by Mr. M. K*** and presented to my wife and I. The materials and colors were selected with the first payment.
      Insurance claim was smooth as promised by Anthony. Anthony met with claims adjuster at our property and our claim was accepted for full replacement of roof and siding. Check was received within a week for 75% of the job. The remainder was received shortly after the job was complete.
      We asked United Developers chief financial officer, Mr. Shaw D***, if the work could be completed by the Thanksgiving holidays. In one week, we had a new roof and new vinyl siding all supervised by project manager S K***. The gutters were very old, so we had them replaced (not covered by insurance) including leaf guards and downspouts. When we asked about the possibility of painting the main level inside, a paint team was recommended to patch and paint the level that included vaulted ceilings, walls and baseboards. They finished a flawless job in two days.
      Everything was done with ultimate professionalism by friendly and professional work teams. The best part was the siding installed on our back deck and pergola. The foreman was an artist. The siding around the pergola connections to the house was done seamlessly and beautifully.
      Mr. D*** checked in with us daily for any problems or issues. We were well taken care of and we highly recommend United Developers and their employees and contractors.

      United Developers replaced my roof and siding. Home looks totally different. Both roof and siding crews were professionals and finished the job in a timely manner. Exceptional company that works well with the customers and insurance companies. Mr. Channa and Rees explained all of the details well. Outstanding company.

      United Developers had just completed a new roof just down the road from my house. I was really impressed at how nice the roof looked. Anthony was a huge help from start to finish. He came out to assess our roof and was able to provide us with photos, options, and his recommendations. He was responsive, able to turn things around quickly, and the team was fantastic. They arrived early and worked hard to get our roof done in one day. We feel very confident in the work that they did and appreciate their attention to detail, hard work, and professionalism. I highly recommend giving United Developers a call to assess your roof and they will provide an honest review and will ensure if there is any storm damage; “they can help with every step - from start to finish.”
