Terrible experience! I left a review for Freshlook Painting on Google review that was somehow deleted… I hope people get to read this review before hiring this company! I hired Freshlook Painting to paint my condo, paint kitchen cabinets, change countertop, and install vinyl plank flooring. 1. Painting of condo: I paid over 3000 dollars for a bad paint job that I could have done better. The painters do not file the walls before painting. When I asked the painter why the walls were not smooth, he told me that it’s because of previous paint jobs… any professional painter would know to file a wall to remove imperfections before laying a new coat of paint. Believe me, there is nothing “fresh looking” about the paint job! On top of that, the painter left a mess (plastic covers, paints, cloths) on the floor on my condo and I had to call them several types to be picked up. 2. Vinyl flooring: I selected the vinyl floor planks from HomeDepot and asked if the floor installers would be able to install the planks (a herringbone pattern floor). I was told they could install them. On the day of the installation, the professional floor installers came over, tried installing the floor, couldn’t do it and quit the job! Must be rocket science to install vinyl plank floors from HomeDepot! 3. Countertop: no complaints if later I hadn’t realized that the countertop installers did not caulk a section of the countertop to attach it with the kitchen cabinets. A section of the countertop was left hanging loose on top of the kitchen cabinets! Do not waste your money with this company. I had another contractor company renovate my bathroom and get other work done in the condo and they were appalled by the low quality and mess left by Freshlook Painting. I would never recommend it and normally do not leave reviews, but I could not just let this one go.
