My name is ******* ****. I was a patient at Clearway Pain Solutions. I had a panel done Feb 20, 2024. At the time I had Aetna Better Health of ********. I had to close my ***** account in April of 2024 because I moved to **************. In **************, I had ********** Blue Shield of *******. This was a couple of months after my procedure. Clearway filed a claim, said my insurance wouldn't cover it. I had to call Aetna. Through them we discovered Clearway had already filed and received payment for that claim, and ***** dealt with them for me. Now, in 2025, Clearway is filing a claim again. Now for a copay of ******. I've called Aetna again and they're going through the process of trying to fix the situation through correcting dates and refiling claims. I keep getting charged though the bill has been paid. Then try file through an insurance I didn't have at the time. I don't even know how it got on file! I wasn't even in the state necessary to have that insurance. Also, going by their own billing page, this procedure has been fully paid and they continue to charge my insurance. I've included two screenshots from their billing page that shows that they charged me again on May 8 of THIS year, for the procedure done LAST year. At the top of the first screenshot is a statement saying they charged me May 8th of this year and all services were covered. Why are you charging me a year later, after I've closed me Aetna . Why say all services covered if there's a copay. The second screenshot shows the breakdown of the bill, with the insurance showing a discount, and three separate payments. Maybe I'm not reading the bill correctly, but it seems like Clearway keeps charging for this procedure, beyond when it's paid in full. And now they've charged my new insurance. As I've said, I've gotten through with Aetna. They're helping me deal with Clearway AGAIN! I'm just filing this in hopes that it'll get Clearway to leave off already and stop charging me.

I have been a patient of Clearway Pain since they were Kure Pain Management in 2018. I have had both excellent service by this provider and absolutely awful service. Due to the poor service at the ******* office and the fact that I no longer live in this area I requested back in June of 2024 to have my medical records transferred to the **** ************** In June 2024 and July, I notified *******, the billing *** and Destiny, the office manager, that I had new insurance, WellPoint, and I attached a picture. I stated for 2 months that I needed a preauthorization for ***** because its a new insurance and I didnt want delays when ****** came. Several emails were exchanged which was a hassle on me bc I dont work for Clearway and they could have easily called me and straighten this out on the phone.First I was told by ******* she didnt have the insurance card number so I sent that in again and then they told me on the portal that it was denied. Then I sent the information again and it was the same information I sent before and Destiny responded with an email that was not even relevant to what I asked in my recent email.I asked on Aug 13, that I would like a manager or supervisor to call me to discuss the issue. Im tired of the emails! I wanted to know the status of the ***** authorization because I have had WellPoint since July 1 and its now Aug 13 and I wanted to discuss why it was taking this long. I also stated I needed refills and needed to know my appt date in ***************. Destiny responded back with an email about a medication authorization I didnt ask for and never even mentioned the ************** are a medical establishment! I have chronic severe debilitating migraines. I should not have to keep doing this with you. Im not ordering clothes! I just want you to schedule the job!
