MSH will complete the specified work in a substantial andworkmanlike professional manner according to the standard practices prevalentin the contractor’s trade. MSH warrants all work for a period of one (1) yearfrom the date of completion. The following conditions apply:
All current invoices have been paid in full.
The performance of warranty repairs does not extend the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover manufacture defects or damage caused by misuse and or abuse of the actions of any third parties.
