    hat if the thermostat is working then my heating system is working well. In my experience, I've never had to crank up the thermostat this high to get enough heat for the house. The customer ********************** wants to charge me a fee of over $80 consultation fee to have a technician come over. However they have on their work order a limited warranty for parts and labor covering 90 days and I'm within the 90 day grace ******* I've also spent over $4000 with this company the last few months also replacing my water heater and I can't believe they will be so stingy over $80 instead of trying to keep a good customer. My hope is that, they will send a technician over to at least tell me if this is fixable with an adjustment or if it's a new problem. I'm willing to pay for repairs if it's a new problem but I do have reservations for paying a consultation fee first because I think they should make sure the problem was not related to their initial resolution in the first place.
