    ***************** PRACTICE - Order was placed by mistake. Submitted an online form within 5 minutes of order (as they make their phone number impossible to find)... then found their phone number, also called within 30 minutes. They inform me they will charge me 20% ($43.80) to cancel. The "customer service" manager stated if I refuse to pay 20% she refuses to cancel my $219 order.

    They add a one year guarantee to your orders unless you remove it. Then they don’t honor the guarantee if the plant dies. When I asked them why they said it was not suitable for my zone. I googled the plant and they are wrong it was suitable. They would not even refund me the price I paid for the guarantee. Shady business practices. Stay away from them

    This company is terrible. They charged us $152.62 for a one year warranty the trees are dying! We applied for replacements and they gave us some happy horse c*** about the trees are in the wrong zone. Buyer beware of these people! They get your money then tell you your screwed if trees are crap!

    Poor quality. Tree arrived half dead. They never told me it had arrived. They dont respond to emails until you threaten. They trick you into subscribing to a 9.95 monthly subscription. Do not buy from them. When they do respond there is no accountability no apology. No solution
