            The contract on *** ****** ******, Arnold, MD *****, these contractual items that have not been fulfilled. This house settled on April 15, 2021, and does not meet contractual items as specified below, per the contract to date, these items are: 1. Overhead LED lighting in all bedrooms is not installed. 2. 13 single hung windows were installed even though double hung windows were included exclusively in the listing from July 20, 2020 through the date of settlement of April 15, 2021. 3. Builder’s grade mirrors were installed in all the bathrooms rather than custom mirrors per the specification sheet. 4. Polished chrome hinges were installed on the doors despite the buyers being asked specifically by the builder for their preference on September 30, 2020, the buyers chose brushed nickel. 5. Per the specification sheet, a double door is included. However, when selecting the door, the buyers were only then told that a $2,600 allowance would be placed on the cost of the front door.
