    On March 11, 2025, I took my ******* Galaxy S23 Ultra to My Wireless LLC Mobile Fix-***, located at *************************************************************************************************************************, to have my original screen replaced. I paid $305 plus tax for the repair, as documented on my receipt.On Saturday, August 23, 2025, the screen suddenly stopped working. The phone powers on, and I can receive incoming calls, but the screen is completely black, making the device unusable.I immediately returned to My Wireless LLC Mobile Fix-*** to report the issue. The employees first response was to accuse me of dropping the phone, which I did not do. When asked to inspect the device, the employee disassembled the phone and stated she saw nothing wrong but could not provide any explanation for why the screen had failed after only five months.When I expressed dissatisfaction, they attempted to charge me additional money for another replacement, offering only a discount. This was unacceptable, as I had already paid in full for what was expected to be a working repair.Due to the refusal to provide an adequate solution, I contacted Baltimore County Police. The responding officer asked the business to show their license. The license was found in a drawer instead of being displayed as required by law. The officer then informed me that my only recourse was to take the matter to court.
