              I have been a patient of Clinical Associates for 40 years and if not for the quality of its medical care I probably would not be here today. However, their billing department recently has become a source of frustration. I have repeatedly been billed for copays I paid on the day and time (04/26/2023) of the appointment. I have called the billing department to no effect. I have attached proof of payment to invoices twice and mailed them back. Today I opened a third monthly bill and this one threatens collection action. I've again returned the invoice with credit card proof of payment enclosed. While I do not question the quality of its medical staff I can not recommend Clinical Associates for new patients until they replace whichever billing contractor they now use.
