    0n 31May2024 An Insured Jimmys Cab Driver hit my parked vehicle and drove away. I contacted the cab company several time and finally was able to get the information for the insurance. I have contacted this insurance Company (Bayland Risk). I was told to send the video and digital estimate to them which I did on 24 Jun 2024. I have yet to receive a call back or response after several attempts to contact them myself and my insurance company attempting to contact them to repair my vehicle.

    Please be advised that Bayland Risk Management is not an insurance company.  We are independent claims adjusters retained to investigate and document claims.  We have concluded our investigation and are still securing the rest of the necessary documentation to process Ms. *********** claim.  When we have that, we will be able to work with her to see this resolved.  If you require any further follow up, please let me know.

    I was hit by a taxi on May 17th 2023. The taxi company is insured by this company. I have been attempting to get in touch with them. Since the accident there have been at least 8 calls to their company and I have not received a call or a response to my voicemails. My insurance company has also been attempting to call them and has not received a call at all.

    To Whom It May Concern:

    Bayland Risk Management, LLC is NOT an insurance company - we are third party claims adjusters.  *********************** *****' Property Damage claim, we facilitated negotiations for settlement and documentation of her claim.  On 05/25/23 we sent her a release and a check request was sent to the Association.  It appears they have not yet contacted her to exchange the check for the signed release.  Since that date, we have not received any voicemails from Ms. ***** and just one message from her carrier on 06/05/23, to which we have responded.  As your email today was our first notice that she had not received her settlement, I have left a voice message for the Association reiterating the status of this claim and the need for immediate resolution.

    My parked car was hit by a taxi cab who provided the name of this company as their insurance carrier. They are not responding to phone calls or emails. I was able to speak with a representative only once and he assured me that they would follow up on the claim. No response since. When you call, you reach an answering service. So now I'm without transportation and no other options.

    On August 9, 2022 I had an accident in which this companies insured is responsible for the damages occurred to my vehicle. Geico and I have tried repeatedly to reach someone. It is now October 12, 2022 and we have left countless messages with the answering service but have not had the courtesy of a return call. Their delay is negligent to say the least and unprofessional in my view. I have no other recourse but to now engage the service of a lawyer to handle my claim.
