    On April 5, 2024, I purchased a subscription for house cleaning services from ******* *****, d.b.a. Clean by Queen, to start on June 25, 2024. The service was to be provided bi-weekly. The subscription cost was $2,500.00, paid in full.******* ***** worked for me up until February 14, 2025 when she declared that February 14, 2025 was her last day servicing my home. She has not refunded my money, she has blocked me on all social media, and does not respond to my telephone calls. She is in breach of her contract and owes $961.15.

    To whom this may concern,

    As the owner of Clean by Queen, LLC, I pride myself on providing cleaning services to the *** area and surrounding communities. I also pride myself on my professionalism and outstanding work ethic. Nine months into being hired by Mrs ****** for Annual Cleaning Services rendered bi weekly, her service contract was nullified due to providing a hostile work environment on several occasions. Mrs ****** has provided slick responses out of her mouth on several occasions, has accused me of not adequately cleaning when the condition of the home was as obvious as night and day after services were rendered, she would leave little tests for me in her Master Bathroom to see if I was cleaning properly, and she also was over pushy and seemed to forget her place regarding our contractor/subcontractor relationship when she was overly intrusive asking personal questions regarding my dating and intimate life. When I called her out on this and told her I was uncomfortable with her probing I was told that she notices everything and that she indeed was very noisy. The straw that broke the Camels back with the business relationship was her demanding I inform her about a recent visit to ************ which had nothing to do with her or the service I was there to provide. She was told by a friend of hers about my visit, and used that as ammo to try to corner me during my visit and intimidate me into asking her questions about my urgent care visit, in which she was unlawful in doing. When I reminded her of the fact that she had no grounds of asking me that personal question she shouted at me and told me she can and she will because she has a right to know. Shortly after an argument ensued. After the services were provided that day, she was made aware of the nullification of the contract, and that services would no longer be provided, and that a refund would be given. To resolve this matter,  Mrs ****** will be paid monthly until a zero balance has been reached. She will be paid via a Money Order so that I will have a tangible receipt of payment and an accurate ledger of when the balance has reached zero.

    I am rejecting this response because: the business failed to state the amount of refund due and payable to me. It is, further, unacceptable to me that the business would pay the refund in installments over a period of time. Finally, the business stated an incorrect period during which the service, per contract, was provided before the contract was breached and, as such, the amount of refund due must be calculated against the correct period that service has not been provided per the contract.
