Customs service is very poor. I called to let this business know that the hand-held sprayer that I purchased from them did not work out of the box. I purchased the sprayer and two 5 lb. bags of ***** ** from this business in August 2022. I’ve had so many life changes over the past year and was not able to use the sprayer until yesterday, 6/27/23. The sprayer DOES NOT WORK so I can’t use it to put the fertilizer on my lawn. I am very familiar with how to use hand sprayers. Nothing I did worked. When I called to let management know of this matter, the person I spoke with put me on hold so she could speak with management. As I expected, the manager was rude and did not have the courtesy to speak with me. The manager relayed her message (that I would not be refunded because the return policy is within 30 days) the person who answered the phone. I understand policy, but to exchange something as simple as a hand held sprayer is something that could have easily been done out of respect for me as a customer and goodwill. I explained that I had a rough last year due to personal matters, but management’s insensitivity and uncaring spirit were clearly demonstrated. I will never do business with Zoysia Farm Nurseries ever again - I don’t care how much they claim their ***** ** is the best. It’s too bad for this business because I live on a acre with a lot of zoysia grass and was prepared to continue to do business with them if the product lived up to their statements about it. I highly recommend that you think twice about doing business with Zoysia Farm Nurseries. I hope a lot of business is lost because of my review.

The order notes indicate the customer wanted refund not a replacement.  We regularly extend our return policy for up to 90 days if a customer wants to return an item for refund.   It was and is difficult to tell from the phone call or this post, if there was an operator issue, the item is broken in transit or if the item is potentially defective.  We have reached back out to the customer to return the item for inspection to determine the situation and will happily replace the item if either of the latter two situations are found.  We have also advised as an alternative, the item label includes an 800 manufacturers phone number for defective items or for help in operating the item.   I'm confident we will be able to resolve the situation to the customers satisfaction.
