      I recently joined Andrews Federal Credit Union. I am disappointed because there was a fraudulent charge on my account. I was told that it was decided that the amount wouldnt be refunded to me. I parked in a parking lot on one occasion and paid the parking lot. Unfortunately, the parking lot fraudulently charged me a second time. I reported it to Andrews and when I spoke to customer service about it, I was told that the department that decides to give you your money back denied me because it looks like I get these charges all the time or something of that nature. I explained I only used this parking lot once. I will no longer do any business with this credit union. I cant afford to be with a credit union that wont reimburse me for fraudulent activity. Its basically saying that me as the customer, just made up a story to get money. That is not how you treat customers.
