The HOA Property Manager for Colonial Woods of Victory Management, Inc., is ignoring my October 8, 2022 and October 21, 2022 receipt submission/status check emails for reimbursement of 6 dead and unkept trees that I had removed & stump grinded from the property behind my fence on August 25, 2022 (with HOA approval) that the Property Manager and HOA board members now says belongs to the Colonial Woods Homeowner's Association although the County said and the HOA agreed they were on my property on July 12, 2022. The HOA Property Manager & the HOA board members reviewed my Deed on September 21, 2022 and determined/interpreted those 6 trees in-fact belongs to the HOA in the Fence & Sign Easement after they had already approved me to remove the trees but when I requested to move my fence back to the area where they approved removal of the trees it became an issue and I kept getting the run around about whose property I was trying to move my fence to. As such, I cancelled my request to move my fence and requested reimbursement for the 6 trees removal/stump grinding based on their new determination although the HOA had not maintained those 6 trees (which they now say is on common subdivision property) in over 10+ years since I've been living in the subdivision. The HOA Property Manager asked for a copy of the receipt on September 22, 2022 but will not respond to my emails now after I emailed her the receipt for $1400 on October 8, 2022. (NOTE: There was a delay in getting the HOA Property Manager a broken down cost/receipt for just the 6 trees removal & stump grinding because I also paid for tree trimming and I had to wait for the servicing company to provide a breakdown showing the separate costs for each of my services).Business response

December 2021 I smelled gas in my condo. I called BGE and Victory management. BGE stated the gas leak was not in my condo but in the infrastruture above the ceiling. A plumber was call by Victory management. They cut 6 holes in my ceiling and did find a leak in a pitted gas line. It was repaired. I was sent a bill for $1485 I also paid $250 to repair drywall. I spoke to an attorney who said because of the leak being in the infrastructure of the condo and not in my condo, the condo association was responsible.Business response
