Not worth your time or money. We connected with this franchise to tackle a long list of tasks prior to our moving into our house. After being assured that the list was not too long if we added a second day, we agreed. After the handyman was at our house for 13 hours, spread over two days, he completed two tasks, left one not completed and as it was a guard rail, in an unsafe condition, and a front door with smeared paint. When we contacted Stacey M***, Manager and co-owner of this franchise, we were told that we should have know our list was too long, and their service is "not for everyone". She did agree to have someone come and re paint the door, but that was it. We were charged for time that work was done incorrectly (the railing at the omission of the handyman took longer due to his mistakes), and given zero recourse to get this resolved by Ace. This all feels like a huge scam where the consumer is left with no recourse as they do not provide time estimates for jobs prior to the handyman's arrival. Do yourself a HUGE favor, seek other handyman services if you are in the Annapolis/Eastern Shore area.

Patrice, I'm sorry you feel this way - as you know, our contract was with Laura T**********, with whom we communicated in great depth over several weeks, in writing (approx 30 emails) with respect to us being a time and materials company, and that she would need to prioritize her list according to her budget as it was an extremely long list of small jobs and we would not be able to get to all of the items, even in two days. She updated her list with us a week prior, adding two time consuming jobs (the railing and the screening of the under deck) which she prioritized without adding more time/budget. As your email to our office and her text to the craftsman states, you were happy with the craftsmans work. We always advise doing the smaller jobs first, but ultimately it's the clients choice as to what they want to spend and prioritize.
