I want to breake lease with my apartment because of noise issue. The central area of our apartment building is an ample space where, late into the night, there are often loud gatherings with music blaring and people shouting, creating a cacophony that echoes throughout the entire building. What's more, as my unit nears the street, the incessant wail of police sirens late at night and, on numerous occasions. The deafening noise of high-displacement vehicles on the street has also been highly distressing, making me impossible to sleep. In such a noisy environment, my heart felt extremely uncomfortable, leading to symptoms of palpitations. I am constantly plagued by insomnia and depression. I simply cannot endure this environment, as it poses a serious threat to my health, putting immense pressure on my heart. This situation has profoundly impacted my studies, leaving me with no energy to maintain my academic performance, and I am constantly exhausted. I sent an email to the apartment. Although the apartment management stated that the amenity spaces would be closed at night and offered to change my unit, I have had enough and do not want to stay in this apartment any longer. Besides the noise from the amenity spaces, I am also frequently disturbed at night by police sirens from the street and the sound of people running in the hallway or downstairs. I've tried to sublease during last few months, but ***** wanted to move in. Given this situation, do I still have a chance to terminate my lease and get my prepaid rent and security deposit refunded?

Last Friday, I replied to the apartment regarding their email rejecting my break lease request, and I also resent emails to them afterward. However, it has been three business days now, and I still haven't received a response. Attached is the email I sent it to them.
