      DARCARS IS REFUSING TO PAY REFUND FOR MONTHS UNUSED ON DARCARS ASSURANCE POLICY AND DARCARS IS REFUSING TO HONOR CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS TO PAY 110% OF *** PRICE ON TRADE IN VEHICLES. I HAVE SENT SIX EMAILS TO Diako Akhundzadeh, DARCARS SALES MANAGER AND DARCARS CORPORATE OFFICIALS. THEY ARE REFUSING TO HONOR REFUND ON UNUSED MONTHS OF POLICY AND REFUSING TO HONOR TRADEVANTAGE ELEMENT OF DARCARS ASSURANCE POLICY.

      Hello, this email is in reference to my 2017 ***** CR-V vin # (*****************) sold to me by DARCARS on May 29, 2023. I have had this car for about a year now. The mechanical problems with this car started in March of 2024 and on going. I also traded in my car that was in good working condition at the time of sale plus gave them a $1000 down payment , for a lemon that no one has took accountability for. Ive reached out to them about fixing the vehicle and was only given an extended warranty that didnt even cover the cost of repairs thats needed. At this point I feel like Im being taking advantage of and being bamboozled because I dont know much about cars. This car that they sold me was over priced for the amount of miles that was on the **** Below I will attach paperworks from dealership that was given to me with cost and labor and also the sales paper from time of purchased. In addition Id like my name removed from this car loan, money back that I put into the car being fixed, and pain & suffering for being without a car that Im paying a car note on thats not working.
