    I found Bounce Back Movers on Uhaul. I wanted to inquire as to how many hours I would need their help, so I contacted them through a phone number that I found on the businesss website. I made a mistake by booking their moving help through them individually, rather than through uhaul. I paid them $272.37 through Venmo for three hours of moving help, and they responded that the appointment was confirmed. We have been in contact since to discuss packing details. They were supposed to come to my apartment at 8:30 this morning (7/31) to help move. I received a text that they would be delayed in their arrival, now not coming until 10:30. I then received a message around 9:30 that they were en route. They never showed up and they blocked my number so that I could not contact them. I contacted uhaul to let them know that this business is not reputable, but there is obviously not much they can do for me since I booked individually. I am aware that I may not get my money back. I want others to know not to move forward with this business.
