Wish there were a zero stars. I had such a bad experience here. We brought them a ring to resize and set with a new stone. The first resizing was too small--I don't blame them for that, my husband used soap to get an impression of a ring that fit and I understand that's not a good way to do it. I was happy to pay to have the ring resized again. This time, I went in myself, handed them my ring that fit me, and they sized it on the spike. They did not hand me a sample ring from the sample box to try on, just wrote down that it was sized at a 6 and said they'd have it ready in a week or so. When I went back, the ring was too small. They insisted "your hands must have changed." I pointed out that they had chosen the size, so I assumed that they had chosen wrong. The young woman I was working with--who was polite the whole time--was pushed out of the way by a man who talked down to me, was openly rude, said it was my fault, and then left while I was mid-sentence. I left the ring with them to go home and collect myself. I then took my ring--the one they had sized on a stick to get the size--to two different jewelry stores, both of which sized it at 6 1/4 (which is why the 6 didn't fit me). I called the store back, explained that, and asked if they could resize it to a 6 1/4 without charging me for a third time. Nope. I explained how unpleasant my experience was--oh sorry, it's not usually like that. Finally I just picked up the ring, sized to the (incorrect) 6, and paid for that sizing. I don't want them working on it again. The saddest part to me is this is a family ring and now has such unpleasant experiences associated with it.
