    On 05/01/2023 I called the company for service to install clothing racks on my wall and fix my chandelier and paint, the company quoted $3,100 for the job and required $2,000 deposit which was paid to the company in cash, it’s a 2 days job as stated by the company. They gave the job to another vendor without my Knowledge and it took the company 5 days to half complete the job as the clothing racks came off the wall and the other company refused to fix it back on. I called Alvarado & Perez and spoke with ******** he promised to complete the job which I told him the other company said he gave them a cheap anchor to use therefore they cannot install the fallen clothing wall hangers. I complained to the Alvarado & Perez bitterly and they promised me they will always come out and fix any issue if it falls again and they reassured me it will never fall again, eventually if it re-occur they will come back and fix it again. He came on 05/06/2022 to re-install the fallen clothing wall hanger and complete the rest of the painting without fixing the wall mirror, he accepted a $700 cash to remain a balance of $300 so he can come back to install the remaining wall mirror On 05/13/2023 he came back to install the wall mirror and remaining balance of $300 was paid via ***** to him. Same day after few hours he left another clothing wall hanger fell and I sent him the picture and since then this company has refused to pick my calls nor come back to reinstall the fallen racks, he later texted me that I will need to use wood. I accepted to purchase the wood and he just since then will not pick my calls nor come to fix the clothing hanger I paid him so much money for to install. This has caused a lot of psychological and mental stress for me. I need this company to come out and reinstall the fall clothing rack. If a wood needs to be purchased I’m willing to since they are the professional they should have adviced that in the first place and avoided the stress I am going through.
