    I paid to the company ***** on October. 20,2023 for the flooring project that was never started and the company for almost 2 months is not refunding my money after I contacted them numerous times to request a refund.

    I felt for their reviews on the Nextdoor app and asked them to do some water damage repairs and painting that was being covered by insurance. First, they wasted more than two months of my time as I started communicating with them since mid-August. Getting them to come out to take measurements for estimates took forever. When ***** eventually came out for the estimates, it took weeks to get the written estimate to send to the insurance. Eventually, after that was approved by the insurance, they asked for a deposit to go buy materials and start the work the next day. After four days of not showing up to do the work, I told them I was no longer going to continue and they should refund my money. It has been more than a week now they have not refunded my money. Same tatics of excuses, we will send it "late in day"etc and they never did. Initially, they said they will bring me the materials and refund the remaining money. I agreed to that and asked them to bring alkng the receipt, but thwy never showes up. ***** sent them several text messages and till now they haven't refund me.

    I realize the co.pany has been using inconsistent name. They also go by Dyanimc Contracting DMC LLC or Dynamic DMV
