1 starBobtail Factoring is a rip off. They never found any routes for my company. Instead they provide you a list of people for you to call. When you call the people they complain about Bobtail giving out their number. They insisted that I needed theirs fix factoring fuel card. I signed up for the card on a Tuesday. The *** insisted that we make a purchase to make sure the card was active. I did. By Thursday I received a notice that our first bill was due THAT Friday. The *** never told me that the bill was due every Friday. I set up a payment plan with them due to me just starting my company. I used the card for hotels because I found my own route and was making my first delivery. One hotel I booked cancelled my reservation because of my dog. However they charged me a no show fee. I disputed the charge with Bobtail. They were very unreasonable. After making a few more payments, I received a letter from THEIR lawyer telling me that I have settled all debt with Bobtail and do not owe anything. Well Bobtail continued to call me asking for payment.Review fromVeronica P

5 starsI first want to say that I was a little skeptical about bobtail when I initially heard of them because they were newer in the factoring industry, but to my surprise they lived up to everything they promised! They make factoring very easy and hassle free. They assign you a team to help with any issues that may arise, and they are very efficient and prompt at taking care of what you need! They are to me, the only company that you can call and a person answers every time without fail, and with zero hold time! I appreciate that they kept their word, no contract, I can cancel at anytime and I am very satisfied and happy with Bobtail! They are the better choice when it comes to factoring!
