      My daughter went to this company for a oil change on June 15th. About **** after her jeep started overheating and i advised her to take it to a close by auto *****. She took it to Lube in Go, the technician opened the hood of the jeep and advised my daughter to come look. One of the technician had left off the coolant top. Due to that error on the company it cause air bubbles to get in the vehicle. The jeep never overheated nor had any mechanical issues with the jeep. The jeep would over heat every now and then and we eventually took it to the Jeep Shop in ********** in Sept 2024.We were advise it was the waterpump. We have been in contact with several people from DARCARS when the issue first arise. We were told there was nothing they could do since it already been 3wks. Now the manager told me about a bullentin that was posted in April 2024 about a clamp and advise to the the dealership about it. He stated once again it was nothing they could do. I have spoken with multiple mechanics and they advised due to the top being off lead up to air bubbles buildup in the jeep. Also that could cause the water pump and hoses to mess up.

      The vehicle os registered to me and im the one paying the invoices to get the jeep driveable.

      We reviewed this case with our corporate service team and unfortunately cannot find a connection between a missing coolant cap and a water pump leak; those two items are not connected. It is a closed system, and if a coolant cap had been left off, the vehicle would not have made it more than a few miles, and it would not have made it 3 weeks; the coolant would have drained out immediately. Regarding the water pump during Ms. ******* daughters visit, the vehicle was inspected for fluid leaks, but none were found. As communicated by our Service Director at the time, we would have been happy to review it again at a later date, but we were told the vehicle was out-of-state. We sincerely apologize we cannot be of assistance in this specific case, but we appreciate the opportunity to review.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I have spoke to multiple certified mechanics and they advised that the jeep could had air pockets due to the coolant top being left off. With air pockets it could cause the water pump to have issues as well. My jeep had never overhead until after they did the oil change and tire rotation in June 2024.

      back in July 30 I purshesed a used **** ******** 2020, and it has been a nightmare, I have been loosing sleep over it, they have not been willing to help us with our issues and Everytime we tried to ask for help they kept on saying we didn't qualify to exchange our car because of our credit.

      I called the loan company and the sales representative **** ****** and the financial team sent the wrong information for our loan application to get approved on our behalf, they said that we make triple of our monthly income and said we only pay 500$ for rent which is insane, this is very illegal to do. And I am looking to return the car I don't want any business with this dealership.

      On top of that the car we got has been having issue we its been in their shop twice since we got on July 30, 2023. the first time it was there for a week now is been there for 3 weeks with the same problem, the axel of car is not good which is completely dangerous to drive like that we could of been on an accident by losing control of the car.

      signed two credit applications verifying their income and personal information. Wet
      signatures were included and customer further reviewed the document and added a
      prior address, in ink, per bank regulations. The vehicle is
      having some mechanical issues which we are covering at no expense, and we have also provided a rental vehicle at no charge until the work is complete.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I didn't filled out the loan application myself, the sales men and the GM filled out the loan application on our behalf, when we sign the loan application they never show us the information that was put down on the loan application, they just show us the paper where we had to sign . I tried to have the loan application redone so we can put the right information and the GM ***** ****** denied our request and said that they only way we can redo our loan application is by trading our car in . The reason why our car is being fix at no cost for us is because we pay for a car insurance and that's how our rental vehicle was cover as well.
