MHIC has not received any information related to a possible bankruptcy filing by Catalina Pool Builders, LLC. If you have bankruptcy information, please forward this information to the MHIC. If it is discovered that Catalina Pool Builders, LLC has filed for bankruptcy, you may consider filing a bankruptcy claim against the contractor as well. A bankruptcy claim will not affect your MHIC claim unless the bankruptcy courts award you, and you receive, your actual loss in a cash award. You may wish to seek the advice of a private attorney."
