    My siding job and window cladding was done professionally and completed on schedule. Tyler, the salesman, visited the site numerous times during the installation period and always made himself available for discussion and/or questions. The work crew was excellent. Very impressed with the site cleanup- both daily and after job completion. Based on my experience to date, I would have no reservations about using Jerry’s again.

    I initially contacted Jerry's Siding and Roofing and Windows at their main number in January 2024 to get some estimates on some repairs. The repairs are detailed below. They sent Tommy H**** – service manager-siding - as the estimator. I was told by the county inspector, ***** ***********, who failed my inspection it was due to the cadence of the steps and 2 - 4x4’s that had been reduced to 2x4 by the builder and do not meet code and they would need to be replaced. Also 2 small 8in x 12in long siding repairs. These were the 3 repairs requested on the estimate. Some other items were included in the estimate that were not requested (painting and rebuilding of the stairs and installing the railing to meet code). These were not asked to be included in the estimate and were created by Tommy. The contract date was 1 February 2024. Tommy dropped the estimate off on my porch on 18 March 2024 at 10:50am with my approval. Afterwards I called Tommy numerous times to discuss the exaggerated estimate. He refused to return a call and refused to meet with me. By 12 April 2024 I was able to leave a message for Tommy (on his private number) to let him know I wanted to discuss the inflated contract; he never contacted me again. I have called the office numerous times to get the owner’s name and have been denied this by the office workers. I have called the office numerous times and as soon as someone picks up the line they hang up when they see it is my number. This is the reason why I made a call to BBB to obtain the owner's name. I then sent a certified letter on 21 August 2024 to Mr. Jerry F***** (owner) asking for a meeting with him to discuss this matter. The signature receipt was signed by someone else in the office. I have never heard from Mr. F***** since I sent the letter.
