    Lewes delaware store. I purchased a refrigerator in November 2023 it arrived end of January 2024 with scratches, I was told it would be replaced, next one was even more scratched so I did not accept it. The 3rd one arrived I inquired about a spot on the door and was told by the delivery guy that it was just the film wrapping and when I take it off it would not be there. To prevent sawdust from getting on it I left the wrap on. When I took it off a big dent by the handle. I have tried to get this corrected with Jordon ******** salesperson and Ryan the manager but with no resolve. Last week the scheduled delivery was sent to the wrong address ( after 3deliveries why would that have happened?) so of course today was the rescheduled appointment and that door too had a bigger dent then the last one. I have in the past requested that before loading it on the truck for delivery to please open the box and inspect it so I don’t have to travel 45 minutes each way and wait around for hours for delivery. This was suggested to me by the delivery driver so I did. The box was open giving the impression that they inspected it but they must not have because it was the new dented one, but was informed a door is easy to change out not like the cases with all the scratches. This is going on for 6 months now and after today with the delivery of a new dented door I believe I need assistance to help me resolve this matter. The first time the company did say they would take care of it but no satisfactory solution has come… all I want is a replacement door without any dents or scratches after all I did pay for a brand new refrigerator not a scratch and dent version. Please help me to get this issued resolved. Thank you

    Thank you for providing us with the details of your purchase. The first refrigerator was delivered and installed with the rest of the appliances that you ordered. The refrigerator was completely unpackaged with no plastic on the front of the unit as mentioned. Unfortunately there is no place to attach a copy of the signed delivery ticket with the delivery photos to show the delivery. When you called in to Jordan and complained about scratches on the unit out of good customer service Jordan agreed to replace the unit for you. Yes you are correct the second unit did arrive damaged after several confirmed deliveries that you did not show up for. Each delivery is confirmed with a text message and again unfortunately there is no place to attach the text message trail. Finally the third refrigerator was placed in your house again completely unpacked and all the plastic removed, and again photographed and signed delivery ticket could not be added here. The service address that was given to our customer service department was your home address. Not the new house address. We do apologize that we were given the wrong address. As Jordan explained two refrigerators have been delivered, installed, photographed, and signed for by you. Per your request on the text you are going to handle it yourself we will proceed forward with canceling the call as you requested. You have never spoken to Ryan ******** When i tried to call you several times you did not answer and your voicemail box was full and you have not responded to either of the emails i sent you.
