    paid for a repair but lawn mower was not repaired. took my lawn mower in for repair i Sept 2023. Called back 2weeks later they said they were waiting on a part . they said it should be in the next day. i called back SUE told the man that works on it would be back on friday I called
    back on monday it wasnt repaired , I told Sue I was going come pick it up the next day She said you going to pay me and hung the phone up. She called me the next day and said it was repaired. I picked it up started mower when i got home the blade came off (this the problem with it in the beginining because the timing was off) I paid Her 245.05.She told me to bring it back , I did and I waited another week. Sue told me it was repaired . I took it home started it and Had the same problem Blade flew off. She told me to bring it back and I waited another week . I picked it up took it home and had the same problel The blade flew off. I called anb spoke with the tech who fixed it and He said He would come by house and look at it, (Jason *******) he did he couldnt repair it and he told me Tha Sue ( the owner told not to bring it back to Her Shop . Ive han a law firm to write her a letter and call her She hangs the phone up on them. I also paid Her 50.00 checkout fee. I am trying to get her to return the repair fee 245.05. this person is aneww owner.
