  Platinum was here to help immediately after the fire on site and stayed with me and helped the whole time. They were informative and helpful the whole time and through the entire process. Very much appreciated the help and service. Thank you guys so much

  Platinum did a wonderful job guiding us through the recovery process at a very stressful time. They were very helpful in laying out next steps, describing our options, and were willing to answer all of our questions, even over again if we didn't fully understand, or had forgotten the details.

  July 24, 2025, there was a fire in our basement ceiling. Platinum came on the scene seconds after 3 fire engines. They stayed with us while the fireman were working to locate, contain, and extinguish the fire. They stayed with us for hours. While we filed the claim, they setup air scrubbers to remove the smoke, reserved long term housing, assigned a water and fire mitigation team, and a contractor to clean our clothes, coats, bedding, and linen. They educated us on next steps, worked alongside us when we met our claims adjuster, and continue to be available to provide guidance. My husband is an Army Vet and I must say Platinum has treated us like royalty. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed support in a crisis.

  Tuesday July 29th I had a fire next door to my property.I was asleep and the fire department kicked my door in to get me out. My house resulted in multiple windows broken and water damage and fire damage. 2 gentlemen ****** and ***** were there to help me. They were fast and efficient and took their time to explain everything and get my insurance company on the phone. In addition to getting me intouch with the right people to help me out. I thank you guys so much!

  July 28th I experienced a fire at my ************* spread in the basement. Platinum Emergency Services was there along with other companies. Great services, very efficient with getting things done. My neighbor who works for this company was by my side the entire time to protect me and assist with calling my insurance company. Everyone on the team was very knowledgeable and respectful to me and my family. Highly Recommend Platinum

  I am so grateful for ***** and the team at Platinum. I was totally lost and had no idea what to do after my home caught on fire. ***** immediately stepped in with his expertise and helped me to the best of his ability. He helped me get the claim get started with my homeowners insurance. He helped me, my family, and my pets get into a hotel, and also helped me with getting in touch with all the people needed to help fix my home. We will shortly be back in our home safely thanks to ***** and his team. I give them 5 stars and if I was able to give them more I would.

  June 21st I wasn't home and received a call that my home was on fire. Platinum was there to assist with securing my home and did exactly what they said they would do. They were very professional, accurate, answered all questions, PERSONABLE, supplied documents, detailed explanations of all processes

  I am a retired 911 Dispatcher from Baltimore City. I experienced a basement fire today. A gentlemen by the name of ****** came to me and respectfully checked on me and asked if I was okay. He explained what he was here for and told me what services he provided. He had me call my insurance company which is ******* ****** we called together to file the claim, ******* ****** approved that they were good to use. I admired his patience and the owner ******* *. as they were super knowledgeable of what to do.

  Super thankful for this company!! ***** **** was giving me the run around about my roof that was destroyed in a tornado. They called, and got on a 3 way with ***** **** and set them straight!! Now everything is going smoothly, and we hopefully will have a new roof soon. Super professional, thoughtful, thorough, and detailed!! Thank you again!!!
