    We immediately investigated your concerns with our mailing team. According to our records, the last piece of mail was sent on September 1, 2024, and your opt-out request was recorded in our system on November 7, 2024. Since then, our records indicate that no additional mailings should have been sent to you.

    To Whom It May Concern,I am filing this complaint regarding MarketPro Homebuyers, from whom I have repeatedly received unsolicited mail at my home address despite not having requested any contact or expressed interest in their services.The company's opt-out link also never worked. ************************************************************* consider this continued outreach to be unwanted and intrusive. I have not given consent to be contacted and respectfully request that MarketPro Homebuyers permanently remove my name, address, and any other personal information from their mailing and marketing lists.This persistent mailing has become a nuisance, and I am asking the Better Business Bureau to assist in ensuring that MarketPro Homebuyers honors this request and ceases all future communication.

    For many months now we have unsubscribed from their mailing & they keep sending them! Feels like we are being harassed. At least 5 times!

    MarketPro Homebuyers is constantly sending me mail. I have called them twice asking to be taken off of their list and sent a cease and desist letter. Nothing works. I am not interested in doing business with this company. I will not be selling my house to them. I do not wish to hear from them again. Please remove my contact information immediately.

    I opted out of mailings from MarketPro Home Buyers months ago. I received mailings today. These people are relentless and to send mailings to buy our home. I desire no mailings or any other contact from this entity.

    To Whom It May Concern,I demand that my contact information be permanently removed from your solicitation database. After previously contacting your CSR to request this, I have once again received unsolicited mail from MarketPro Homebuyers. This is unacceptable.I want to be clear: MY HOUSE IS NOT FOR SALE, and it will never (say never) be. I have no interest in any offers from your company, now or in the future.     Called the business directly to stop mailings from being sent to my home. After 4 times calling the toll free number and going online to stop advertisements,Solicitation mailings still continued.This is harassment. I have returned advertisements back to the company, and writing "do not contact" and "return to sender" spelled out on the letters in bright black magic marker pen. This company disregards consumers privacy and privacy and the "no solicitation" rule and do what they want to do. I want the advertisements and mailings to stop and an apology.I am tired of the harassment. I am next going to mass social media to voice my complaint and I want the advertisements and mailings to stop and an apology. I am tired of the harassment. My next step is social media and the local news to voice my complaint, distrust and disregard of this non- compliant company of stopping overwhelming and constant solicitation.     I still am receiving letters, 1 additional one today. I have sent 20 letters back via **** and still no response after calling the "Opt-out" number, I will track the outcome and keep this complaint file open and share with my neighbors and the Attorney General of Maryland.

    The company continues to send solicitation to my mailbox ignoring requests to stop sending solicitation on several occasions. I am a senior and at times it is difficult to manage solicitation type mail at my mailbox. On some occasions this is the only mail..... and my mailbox is a good distance from the house. And at times due to the time change here I am not able to get to the mailbox before dark. The office that continues to send this mail is located at ***********************************************************
