1 starOn October 9, 2025, Market Pro gave us a 'guaranteed cash offer' contract to buy the house that we are selling. We accepted the offer, and were given a settlement date of 'on or before' October 30, 2025. On October 28, just two days before closing (with no warning), they called and said that they would not be buying the house, and that the settlement was cancelled.They advertise (1) Sure thing, (2) Committed to what we do, (3) Stay on timeline, (4) Patient, Professional, Trustworthy, and (5) Close in less than 30 ******* our case, it turns out that none of their claims were valid.I have the contract to back up this review.

Hi ***, thanks for connecting through this platform to better explain our position on purchasing your home. We were provided a septic evaluation that graded your septic tank and the absorption system as "Unacceptable". As you are aware, the replacement of any septic system is quite expensive. We provided a fair offer and hoping the septic would get a passing grade however, after further due diligence (which admittedly took longer than we like as we were waiting on a cost estimate from a 3rd party) revealed that the costs would not meet with our budget. Since we had a septic review period-- we could have simply canceled the contract but we did feel badly that our decision was so close to closing which posed a hardship for the seller. As a result, we offered and paid to you the ******* money deposit since we were unable to perform given the stated circumstances. We apologize this did not work out. These are very tight times in the real estate market.Review fromJames M

1 starI made an appointment for an assessment of my home for Sunday at 11 AM. I have a crazy work schedule so I had to take the appointment that I could get. They called at 8 AM on Sunday to confirm the appointment. They never showed up, never called, never responded to the messages that I left. They obviously don't have basic human courtesy so I cannot imagine that their business practices are at all moral or ethical. Additionally, there have been articles about their predatory practices. I question their BBB rating. Perhaps they have someone on the inside. I feel really sad to know that the BBB doesn't care about these types of experiences.MarketPro Homebuyers

5 starsMarketPro is a very professional company. Everyone we worked with took time to explain exactly how everything would transpire. We were in our home for 52 years and at this time the repairs would have been more than we could handle. MarketPro will make this home beautiful again.
