    Loan process started May 3, ***** I was told loan was held up because lead underwriter had personal issues 2 weeks.But I paid $5000.?? No appraisal?? A week later i was told everything good Just process moving.But I paid $5000.?? No appraisal??Then a week later after no follow up suddenly I get a call saying was not doing loan reason given verbal not a good fit?,But I paid $5000.?? No appraisal??No refund of *******?No loan???Then i get promises that would find funding with a few days to make deadline for ************ follow up But I paid $5000.?? No appraisal??No refund of *******?No loan???Missed deadline to have funding.Use my personal keep project moving got extension to perform. Then send more info weeks later no loan, no refund, No follow *** **** puts in for two other loans last one goes on vacation in process.***** supposed to handle refuses to refund ******* and threatens me go somewhere else.After i missed another contract deadline and no ******* is now two weeks later and the only person that has been following up is *** Paradise.This is causing me the church my reputation and the church reputation great hardship. In addition, I have promoted Sequioa in my network or business and ministry the board and my collogues are very concerned.I must some real resolution today. *****, I have been waiting your call I believe in you guys and support you. Believe in the God in me and what will happen support and advocate for me and the church Will be one of the biggest success stories of sequoia

    This client came to us asking for funding, we identified a lender for him and they have been working with each other.  Client claim that he paid $5,000, but he never paid to us.  The fee was charged by the lender for diligence.  And it was returned to him when the loan was not approved.
