If a Visa, Passport, or Document Legalization Service is not completed within a reasonable time frame due to error or mishandling by RSVP Travel Visas staff, we will refund 100% of service fees paid.
If a client pays for a service but ends up not using it (for example if your travel plans changed before you sent in your application materials), RSVP Travel Visas will refund Service Fees and Embassy Fees in full.
